Battle of Borthwick has been changed to 10/11th October.
There will be no ironman section this year, making it teams of two or more. Sign-in will be on Sunday 9am-10am & practice will be 10am-11am.. Actual event will be 12.30pm - 3.30pm (2-3hrs depending on how track is holding up).
40 teams maximum, with entry per rider being $40.00 for club members & $45 for non-members. (1 day licences will be available on the day.)
Juniors ( up to 16yrs) will ride 11.30-12.30pm.
If you are interested in camping out, we will be gathering 1.30pm onwards on Saturday.

At the last meeting it was decided that we need to get serious about fundraising if the club is going to meet its financial obligations. We have decided on selling chocolate boxes. The idea is you buy a box from us, & either eat the lot ! or sell individual chocolates to re-coup your outlay.
These boxes will hopefully be available by next ride day or meeting. cost approx. $62.00 per box (depending on which we go for) Stay tuned for further updates.

We will be meeting outside Lee's shop at 8.30am & leaving strictly at 8.45am in convoy. Costs are $25.00 per rider. no licence necessary. It is a motocross endure track.

Thanks to all club members who attended and helped run the main control at the the 24 hour trial. It was a great weekend. After the initial shock of being allocated the Main In and the Main out gates, I think we collectively did our club proud with the effort and result. Congratulations to Greg, Andy, Ben and Gavin for having a crack at the rally class in wet and dusty conditions. Who would have thought you could have wet and dusty?
Thanks to Slim and Alison for doing most of the leg work and co-ordination, that was a great effort. Thanks also to all who assisted, Jane, Leith, Jamie , Mike, Dylan, Sean and Antman. A big welcome back to former clubman Bazz and his son Damo, its great to have you back. Well done also to Matt for being the life of the party, ha ha. The 24 Hour trial committee members we spoke to heaped high praise on the club for a good effort and we have sured up our spot as one of the first choice clubs to run major checkpoints. Thanks all.

We had a good turn out to this years AGM. All positions were filled & the committee remains open to encourage everyone in the club to come along to the monthly meetings & have their say.

The 24hr enduro starts at 11am Saturday, so we are looking at being there about 9.30am to get organised. Bring a swag & warm clothes . You are welcome to come anytime as we will be there for 24hours!! The race consists of 4 laps & there will be a roster available for you to put your name on. GOOD LUCK to all our club members riding the enduro.

A huge thankyou to all members who helped at the recent working bee. We had an excavator & tractor on site & the track now looks fantastic. There are a few more jumps & with a little rain to settle the track, should be all good for the next ride day. Thankyou again to all concerned.
